It will serve the following purpose(s): to showcase the profiles of Staff to Organizers who post Shifts on Hyre.

I understand that this photo will be made available.

I agree that I shall have no claim against Hyre or against anyone accessing this communications product, whether online, in print, or by any other means.

I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and that I have not given anyone the exclusive right to use my portrait, picture, or photograph.
